Return Policy

  • OEM Headlight Restore will not accept any returns beyond 30 days of the purchase invoice date.
  • OEM Headlight Restore does not offer a warranty on restored headlights as there are many variables to what could potentially go wrong during application process e.g., Moisture in air from rain may cause product to delaminate after application, preparation of headlight was incorrect etc.

Operators must follow instructions for product to last. However, we do provide technical support when contacted.

We recommend that the package be insured against loss or in-transit damage. OEM Headlight Restore is not responsible for any loss or damage due to shipping.

*Warranty Policy

Non Consumables

  • OEM Headlight Restore warrants that repair tools are free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor consumable type items; compounds, abrasives, liquids or chemicals.
  • This warranty is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below*.
    • This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
    • This warranty is void if the product has been subject to tampering, accidental damage, abuse, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs or alterations, or other causes not related to problems with materials or workmanship.
    • Repair or replacement of the product is decided on a case by case basis.
    • OEM Headlight Restore shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this warranty, or any implied warranty on this product.
    • Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 OEM Headlight Restore makes no other warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, and all implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose which exceeds the above-mentioned obligation are hereby disclaimed by OEM Headlight Restore and excluded from this warranty.

Standard Shelf-Life Policy

  • OEM Headlight Restore non consumable products are guaranteed a 12 month shelf life from date of purchase from the manufacturer.
    Policy only applies to equipment stored at proper temperature, hardener will have a longer shelf life if stored in a cool environment (Less than 12 °C )
